    Creating:

The "Create" section of our website gives you the opportunity to play with body shapes, components, and graphics so you can create the instrument of your dreams. Take some time to browse the "Details" area to familiarize yourself with the various options that are available. If at any point you need help choosing an option please feel free to contact us.

If the guitar of your dreams can only be realized with a custom graphic we can help you. Our graphics specialists can work with your logos, photos, drawings or just an idea to create your "one-of-a-kind" masterpiece. We have completed special pieces for fund-raising events, gifts, and promotions. Additional charges do apply for custom graphic work. Please contact us for more information.

    Ordering:

Dropping a guitar design into an online "shopping cart" and waiting blindly for UPS doesn't seem like a great way to order an important item like a custom musical instrument. We want more interaction to ensure we are all "on the same page."

When you are ready with one of your designs, select the "order" button from your "favorites" or "edit" page. This will generate an email with your design number and get the ball rolling.

Once we receive your order we will review it individually and generate a high-resolution image and email this back to you. The purpose of the high-res image is to give you a better look at the details that we can't show in website images. This picture is for your final review and confirmation (and it also makes a great print out to hang on the wall or show your buddies until your axe arrives).

After you confirm that everything is as you want it, we will begin the build. Please note: fees will apply if you request any changes to your specifications after we receive your confirmation. Prices for specification changes will depend on the scope of the request and the progress which has already been made on the build.

    Pricing / Purchasing:

We keep the pricing for our instruments simple. We don't nickel and dime you for upgrades - instead we use the good stuff for all our guitars. The price includes the body graphic (selected from any of our 100's of choices), co-ordinating peghead graphic, custom pickup mounting rings and binding.

Note: Custom graphic work will incur additional fees. Please contact us for information.

Insured standard shipping in the United States is $30.00. USPS will deliver to Alaska and Hawaii. Please contact us for international rates. Shipping costs for returns is the responsibility of the customer.

Payment will be due as follows:
•To initiate order and receive high-resolution image - $50 deposit.
•To begin the instrument build - 1/2 of purchase price.
•Upon completion / before shipping - remaining 1/2 of price.

All payments must be made in U.S. currency only. All orders must be prepaid before shipping (NO C.O.D.) We accept all four major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover & American Express. We also accept payment by money order or personal check*.

*NOTE: Please be aware that payment by personal check may delay the production/shipment of your order for up to 30 days while the funds clear our bank.

    Tracking:

We are a custom shop - not an automated factory. While we are always working to stream-line our production process - we won't shortcut to get an instrument out the door. Since we craft each instrument at the time of your order, lead times can vary depending on the quantity of existing orders. Still, you deserve to know when you are going to get your instrument. At the time you place your order we will give you an estimate for the build time. During the build you will be able to track the progress through woodworking, finishing, assembly, etc. and get updates on the completion date. When the instrument ships we'll send you tracking information for the shipment.

    Follow-Up:

Our dedication to our instuments does not stop when it ships. If for any reason you have concerns about the instrument please be assured that we stand behind everything we sell. Take 10 days after you receive your guitar to give it a workout. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the instrument you may return it to us for modification or refund.

Modification after purchase is limited to swapping out pickups of the same size (e.g. putting a single size humbucker in place of a previously ordered vintage style pickup – or a high output humbucker in place of the PAF style). With a modification, your only cost is the shipping back to us.

If you don't believe a modification will result in your satisfaction you may return your instrumentfor a full refund (freight excluded) subject to the following terms and conditions:
